Magnetic Separators, Popular Type (IMS)

• Working princciple
  Metal powder-rich grinding fluid is passed through through the separator. The injected coolant, passing through the magnetic drums, pushes up the metal sludge in the liquid. the metal from which the coolant is smoothly dehydrated by the squeezing role and the pure metal sludge pushed up is smoothly dehydrated by the squeezing role and the pure metal from which the coolant is completely separated is softly flown into the chip box. The purified coolant is supplied again and the purification process is repeated.
• Application
  Product quality is enhanced by removing inpruities after processing the grinding fluid(coolant) of grinders and processors using a coolant.
